at least it's not a cemetary...

Morbid title huh? Not really though...

While taking Harmony out to her camping trip, I was honestly overcome by how beautiful the drive was. The first day was kind of grey and so all the colors just seemed to be magnified. I so badly wanted to stop and snap pictures but I was following people, so I couldn't. Then on the way back, I had someone following me.

So after picking her up, I decided to stop and take pictures along the road home. The kids complained and complained. I mean poor babies, having to sit in the air conditioned car watching Harry Potter while I snapped a couple of pictures. I told them that at least they weren't with Grandma Kennedy because she stops to take pictures at cemetaries. They couldn't believe that! I tried to explain to them that it was for geneology purposes but I think they were still stuck on the cemetary thing!

Anyway, here are some of the shots I got, while my poor babies had to wait for me...

Marie I am so glad you commented on my blog because I couldn't remember yours-though I could have probably peeked through Susan's. I love reading your family's blogs because they are more entertaining than anything. I laugh and then it just makes me miss all of you guys. I hope you are having a good time-the pictures are awesome

Hi Marie - how fun that you found my blog. We are practically neighbors! You should let us know if you are heading though Hawaii any time. My husband was in Guam a couple of years ago. Are you dive certified yet? That was his big fun while he was there!

Hi Wendy. We are actually going to try and Space A this summer, through Hawaii. I am hoping not to get stuck in the terminal!! I am not certified. My hubs was going too and he is being sent to East Timor for the summer. But he is hoping to get some in before he goes. We are going to go snorkeling on our next date night though. :)

Hey Marie! You live in an amazing place, very beautiful! I'm excited to read about you and your little family. It's silly of me, but it's strange to see you grown up with big kids and everything! I think you have been stuck in my mind as teenage Marie from back home, if that makes any sense. Fun!

Mary- uhm yeah somewhere along the way I grew up. Matured? Well that is probably a matter of opinion. You know I actually hit the gulp big 30 this year!

Beth- anytime!!! You and your family are always welcome!
