I am not sure if it is Saturday in the states yet,it is here. So...
A week ago Tuesday, something happened within our little family.It was a very hard situation and it left me feeling lost, confused and just...well honestly kind of depressed. I was tired and miserable.Which led to things like, not cleaning the house, not making meals and picking up fast food instead, being unorganized, being late, not watching the grocery budget etc.
Well fast forward to today. The situation has improved a hundred fold. However, I am finding it hard to get back into my role as "homemaker". The desire has been there, just no motivation. I guess I am still trying to crawl out from under that cloud.
It has been a long time since I participated in any of my challenges. The tackle it tuesday and all of those. So I decided to start doing them again. I have a lot to do to get my house back and these always seemed to help. So I am starting out with Smart Habit Saturday. This is hosted by the Lazy Organizer. I have to figure out her exact address and then I will post it. The idea behind SHS,is to make little goals for the week and then keep building on them. So here are mine...
**go to bed early ( no later than 10)
** drink 72 oz. of water a day
**clean the kitchen every night
**update my planner and calender every night
** do a 15 min. organizing job every day, only 15 min. is required,anything else is just gravy! :)
