I discovered a video on Food Network site for gluten-free baking. Go to the homepage and click on the "Vegetarian Cooking" tab under the "This Week" heading on the left. Click on the picture that comes up in the center to go to the veg. cooking video. There will also be a gluten-free cooking video there. This should only be there on the homepage this week.
