This week is going to be sooo crazy!! With church, girl scouts, Halloween festivals etc. So I think planning is going to be very important...along with a little bit of flying by the seat of my pants!!! All dinners(except for Friday night) follow the Weight Watchers Core program. Just let me know if recipes are needed!

D: grilled pork loin ( never made it last week) and grilled chicken, baked beans,rice
Tuesday:(gone during the afternoon and Ben and Harmony gone in the evening)
B: breakfast bars and yogurt
D:sloppy joes, potato salad, carrots
Wednesday:
B: eggs & toast
D: brown sugar chicken, scalloped potatoes, salad
Thursday: date night!!
B: cereal
D: for kids: popcorn chicken, apple slices, mac and cheese
Friday: ( Harm's gone all day, whole family gone in the evening)
B: muffins and fruit
D: pizza
Saturday: ( Halloween party at church)
B: pancakes
L: kids pick
D: making chili for party
Sunday:
B: breakfast bar
L: top ramen( the kids love it!!)
D: leftovers
